Welcome to our...uh...home.

We knew the price of homes here in Orlando was going to be a lot different than Louisville. Holly had to break out the defibrillator when I saw what our monthly payment is going to be. And it doesn't get any better if we head out to Mt.Dora or even Eustis. Heck, we could drive all the way to Gainesville and MAYBE find a deal, but I guess it's something that we're just going to have to live with. If we can deal with everything today, looks like we can get in the house sometime around Dec. 18th-23rd. Just in time for Christmas! Anyway, I am sincerely bummed about it and just hope we're doing the right thing. We tried to find a 4 bedroom with a loft or a bonus room, but they are about the same cost as the 5 bedroom we really like. The builder of the house we love have cut the cost down so much because they want to sell the home before the end of the year and because the market has cooled on building homes lately. Who knows. At any rate, I'm stressed and that sucks because we're supposed to be having fun right now at the happiest place on earth. I guess that's life. We'll get it figured out and I know that we'll be fine. But I hate the process.
On a good note, the kids are doing great and loving life. Holly is healthy and so is baby, so I guess there are things and situations that could be worse.
